KMI collects personal information such as names, contact details, academic records, financial information, and other relevant details necessary for the study abroad application process. This information is voluntarily provided by clients during consultations and through application forms.

Financial documents, passports and transcripts are never collected through this website. They are handed over in person or shared directly with you once you are a registered client.

You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already lawfully done with your information, and it may mean we can no longer continue an application that is in progress.

9. Students under eighteen

Where a student is under eighteen, we take instructions and consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not use a minor's information for advertising or tracking of any kind, and we do not process it in any way likely to be detrimental to their wellbeing.

10. Grievance redressal

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, write to us at info@kajalmehtainstitute.com marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer, or come into the office. We will acknowledge within seven days and respond substantively within thirty.

11. Changes to this policy

KMI reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
